im trying to set up a podcast, I can either use your pre set settings which dont work I dont get any audio in single or multi, on stero or mono, or I can make a new music file and set up two tracks and get everything but the audio from Skype or zoom or Restream or obs when I have it set up that way? ive created tickets but no one seems to have answers Ive watched all your YouTube videos and still cant get audio with the revelator mic its almost like you dont care about your products and your consumers. and im sorry but ive messaged three times today and I had two returned because I expressed my frustration with your below par software and mic. that in all honesty I should get a full refund on after not being able to use it properly, and not being able to do what I bought it for to begin with. im extremely dissatisfiedand your videos are garbage the solutions from your YouTube page dont work. im running an m1 Mac on 14 and can't get any audio when its the only device hooked up? I call bs can someone please answer me call me text me I dont care email me back help me use the product the way I want to use it. this is awful customer service and I mean awful just this experience makes me never want to buy any of your products again.
