My Studio One Plus account is not working.

For a few months now I have been a user of a Studio One Plus account. After switching from Cubase to Studio One because I liked the software, I thought about going one step further and buying the ATOM SQ. Having the plus account paid every month, I activate the ATOM SQ and in my.presonus it says that I do not have a Plus account, I have tried everything to solve it, I opened a ticket yesterday but they do not answer me.

I had to deliver some masters yesterday, so I went back to my.presonus even though I have already paid for the month of February and paid the monthly payment again to be able to deliver my work. But after paying the February monthly payment again, I still get the message that I don't have a Plus account. That is, I have paid twice for the month of February and I still cannot use my Presonus Studio One Plus. Has it happened to anyone? How long do I have to wait for the problem to be solved? The ticket is open.
