Question

I lvoe the way Bitwig and Sonar can use VSTi's in the same way as a track effect, this way I can add other track fx to the channel to get the sound I want, and when I have a bit I like, I can bounce it and disable the VSTi in the track, then re-enable it later when I want to add more sounds from the VSTi. I can also save projects as templates with all of my VSTi's loaded but disabled, and the tracks always sound the same. Is there a way you could add a VSTi alias feature that allows VSTi instruments to be used in the same way as effects?
