Does anyone know why the studiolive 16.4.2 ai control doesn't work on my iPad?

I need help please!
I have downloaded the drivers to use my 4th and 5th generation iPads with a studiolive 24.4.2 ai and a 16.4.2 ai and they do not respond. The wifi signal is good and if I move the knobs on the table they move on the iPad but they cannot be controlled with the iPads. Previously it was possible and now it looks opaque and transparent and they don't respond. Does anyone know how to do it?

You need to go into you system menus and give the I pad permission to use the mixer
