Question

Recently my 2011 iMac died on me (screen went with the red lines or whatever) and so I have upgraded to a newer iMac - however I have been unable to make heads or tales out of which adapter(s) I will need to get my Presonus connected to this iMac. Does anyone know of a solution for this?

Or would I be better off to return this new iMac while it is still within the return window?

Please help!!!

2017 iMac will require 2 connectors:

Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter plugged into an Apple Thunderbolt 2 to 1394 Adapter that then connects to a Bi-Lingual FW800 / FW400 Cable to your StudioLive 1642 console. 

Apple does not make a Thunderbolt 3 to 1394 adapter so you'll need to get these 2 adapters and plug them together to make 1 adapter.
