Sync two DAWs in same PC

Can I synchronize studio one with another DAW in such a way that the first one can be used to launch backing tracks (Show mode) and the second one to automate via MIDI the change of effects like a pedalboard?

I found a solution. Use Loopmidi  https://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/loopmidi.html
