Hi. I'm using the metronome and I can get a pretty interesting click track tweaking Accent, Beat and Offbeat with different sounds. But if I want something more actually drum-like, what's the simplest way to do it?  Put together a beats track separately and import it into Studio One? Or is it possible to record using a third-party plugin that does what StOne metronome does, but with more drum sounds and bells and whistles? I want to know what's possible in Studio One - I haven't done this before in this or any software. Thanks.

The simple answer is EZDrummer. Instant parts for looping. Then there's Impact XT combined with the pattern editor in Studio One. I suspect there are also some virtual drum machines, probably a few free ones, that you can craft a drum part with to replace a metronome. Some of the Studio One Soundsets have drum loops that generally take pretty well to being time-adjusted, so you could use those too (within a reasonable range of the original loops tempo in the Soundset).
