Question

• Operating System and Version - Windows 7 64bit 
• Application Version - Studio one 3 
• Audio Interface and it's Driver Version - Audio Box iOne, 2.21.0.0

The connected system is like below.

I want to output the synthesizer sound to PC. 

There is monitor function on Studio One 3 program.

When I turn on monitor button, the sound can't hear on PC.

How it could be possible? How could I change Studio One setting?

I think you need to watch one or more of the introduction videos (Johnny Geib's videos on Youtube are amazing) to make sure you have it all correctly set up and know how to configure the monitoring in Studio One. It's not easy to work out where your issue lies but I suspect it is something very simple, perhaps to do with the output settings and cuemix etc.
