Fades Dialogue Window (Fade and Crossfade time in milliseconds)

Would like to adjust fade and crossfade time in milliseconds rather than adjusting every fade manually!

Maybe I miss the point, but in the Inspector you can simply use .00x for an x millisecond(s) fade.
