Question

why cant I drag the timeline....I want to be able to match the time line to an imported audio, when the bars dont line up...I dont want alter the audio, I just want to match the timeline to it.   Ihave time stretch off and don't follow but my timeline wont drag

Please refer to the Studio One reference manual in Help > Studio One Reference Manual and look up the section on Time Stretching.
