Question

I have mixed down tracks a few days before and they were fine, but

Lately i've mixed 2 tracks down, played fine through my computer, The second i send it someone else so they can hear it, They listen through headphones it plays fine, however the second they're unplugged we cant hear the vocal recordings and not quite sure why, as we haven't changed how we recorded each of our tracks?

Im running on a MacBook Pro 10.10.5 OsX Yosimite

I have the latest version of studio one 3

Any help regarding this problem would be a great help!

If your track sounds complete in headphones but the subsequent mix render doesn't include the vocal tracks, it has to be a routing issue of some kind.    Make sure that the Export Mixdown source is the Master Bus and not a sub out bus, and make sure the vocals are going to the Master Bus.
