Studio One Remote still not working

I have My Studio One Professional (Win 64, newest SO Prof version) activated, but I still get this message from SO Remote (iPad): "Connecting to this version of Studio One is not supported".
related to an answer for: Remote control sees my Studio One pro as demo.

If you are running the pro version it should work. If you are running Studio One from a shortcut make sure it is pointing to the correct installation.
