I think you need to explain more. What happens when you try? If you have a login and you have a product which includes Artist then you should be able to register it and download it. If you can't download it then you will probably only encounter other issues related to the installation and add-ons etc. So in a nutshell, it seems to me you are requesting a workaround which you should not need and will only lead to more issues.

I cannot get Studio one artist 3 to download either.  It's already activated on another computer.  This is a new computer I'm attempting to install it on. The installer installed fine but the 9 bundled sounds will not download.  When you click on the file, it starts the download but then stops.
