Here are steps to Update Studio One from within the Software:

In order for this process to work, you must have your computer must be connected to the Internet.
1.) Open Studio One 3 on your computer.
2.) From the Studio One Start Page click "Help" in the menu bar at the top.
3.) Now choose "Check for Updates" from the drop down menu.
4a.) Studio One will then verify the version you are currently running on your computer vs what the most recent release version is available. If the version you have is already up to day, I twill very clearly tell you.
4b) Should you be in need of an Update you will be prompted with a message saying that you "Updates are Available", Would you Like to Update Now?"

5) Click Yes to continue.
5.) The software will be downloaded while Studio One is still open. It will begin installing the Update, once it is downloaded
6) Once the software is downloaded it will install in the background. When the Install is complete
