Hi,

i've a problem with my new Studio 192. The sampling rate in the universal control is allways set up to 192 kHz and it's not possible to change it. It only accepts 192 kHz and 176,4 kHz but if I try to change to 96 kHz or lower nothing happens, it still shows 196 kHz.

Please, need help...

Ensure that you have the latest UC drivers installed.

Connect your Studio 192 to your computer with a USB 2.0 cable and to a USB 2.0 connection for the sake of troubleshooting.  USB 3.0 can be very different with some computers.  Using a USB 3.0 PCIe card is preferable.

Open Universal Control.  Ensure the firmware is up to date.  You should be able to change the Sampling Rate to all settings.
