Using windows 10 64 bit using audio box USB with updated firmware

Installed other day was working fine and went to use today and now it's giving me error "The Audio device audio box could not be initialized. Please check  your hardware settings"

yeah, the same problem for me. just contacted presonus' customer service today. we shall see. it had worked well for many months, and all of a sudden this happens...

Just tried installing Audiobox and Studio One for the first time... had the same issues. Has anyone had any success yet?

Try plugging it into the back of the computer, i.e. directly into the motherboard, rather than the front.

Sounds stupid and simple but worked first try.

I'm having similar issues. And I'm using a laptop, plugging it into the same USB 2.0 port every time, so the whole "plug it into the back of the computer" thing isn't helpful.
