Question

Whats the best way to hook up an eris e5  to my laptop.  HP 2000 with windows 10 using maschine with NI software. I know its not ideal so please dont say buy another monitor. If I could I would. I had a single krk that was stolen and i dont remember how i hooked it up. But the sound im getting right now cannot be all this little thing can pit out.  Thanks in advance and ill get a second monitor when insurance comes in

No it is not ideal.  Things are designed to be used in pairs.  Left and Right.  Use a pair of headphone at least.

You might be able to "mono" your mix in your DAW.  This would make the Left and Right Outputs equal.

Mono vs Stereo INPUTS are not the same as Mono vs Stereo for OUTPUTS.
