Computer - PC Core i7

Operating System - Windows 10

Application Version - 3.3.2

Audio Interface & Driver - AudioBox 1818VSL - Latest Driver

Digital Midi Mixer - Mackie MCU Pro & 2 Mackie Control extender pro (firmware 4.0.2)

I applied the latest update and my Mackie MCU Pro stopped working. The strange part is the extenders still work but the MCU pro gets error security unlock failed mcu pro when I start the Studio one program. I did notice it seems not to find it. I see it listed on the controller list and when the programs asks would you like to reconnect it the mackie unit shuts off. The power on the unit is shut off, I have to turn this unit off and back on again to have the windows machine pick up the usb connection.

This just started when I applied the newest update. If I start up cubase the mackie mcu works without any problems.

If possible please tell me how to roll back - or remove the newest update, this is causing problems with my recording clients.

Thanks

This was an issue that arose unfortunately in the release of Studio One 3.3.2 what was subsequently fixed in 3.3.3 and 3.3.4. Newer versions of Studio One do not have this issue any more.
