Ive seen this answered several times here but the fixes shown have not worked for me

I have registered my account and downloaded Studio One. It will allow me to log in and then asks for my product key. Once this is done it asks me to confirm my login details again, at which point i'm given the invalid username/password message.

I've followed the advice of using credentials manager to solve the problem, however presonus does NOT show in the credentials at all. I'm completely stuck here. Can anybody help?

I am creating a support ticket for you to assist in sorting this issue out.

When the account was created, it was linked to a FaceBook account. It is easy to loose track of the right password in this case.

I have sent you a temporary password that you can use to log in. Please look for that ticket.
