Question

I bought a new presonus studio monitor but if I connect to the Audio USB, it appears on my computer, Failed to open Speakers ( AudioBox USB) Please make sure that the speaker is configuration is set to stereo. So if I record, I won't able to hear or listen what I have recorded. I tried all what I can but I get figure it out so Please I need help. Anyone who can help me I will really appreciate it. Thank you

Your driver is not installed. 

Be sure to install the driver from our site: http://www.presonus.com/support/downloads/AudioBox-USB

Then go through this tutorial that will troubleshoot and educate you about how to setup and user your AudioBox USB with Studio One on your system.
