1. Update Studio One to version 3.3.3 via menu Help > Check for Updates
2. Make sure your computer operating system is fully updated.
3. Make sure you install the latest drivers for that device from the manufacturer.
4. If on Windows, go to Control Panel > Device Manager (with the device plugged in and powered on) and see if there are any warning symbols on it indicating that there is an issue with it. If on Mac see if creating an aggregate driver for it helps any.

5. See if it shows up for use in any other audio software.
6. If all else fails, contact that manufacturer's tech support.
