First off... why the hell can't I create a support ticket!? What is wrong with this website!?

Okay, main issue:

I've been using Audiobox USB 96 on my mac for the last 3 months, as of yesterday Input 1 stopped registering input from my guitar, now Input 2 has stopped receiving input. I even tested the dials to see if I could activate the clipping bulbs and nothing, zip zero nada.

My audiobox hasn't moved, hasn't been dropped, hasn't changed USB sockets and is powered on. All inputs are active on garageband and are selected in System Preferences on my Macbook.

I'm so frustrated and confused... I can't figure this out.

Hey Martin,

This may or may not solve your problem. I was having a similar issue. I went into System Preferences > Security & Privacy. Under the Security tab, I clicked on Microphone in the menu on the left and found that Studio One was unclicked. Click it so allow app access to your microphone. I did this and restarted my computer. Low and behold, it worked and I was able to record my guitar, bass, and vocals again. Give it a try. It might work for you too.
