Hi

I'm using a StudioLive RM32ai mixer and trying to link channels 12/13, 14/15 and 16/17 (Piano-Channels) Unfortunately UC Surface links just odd with even channels...so 11/12, 13/14 etc.Is there any possibility to link even with odd channels??

I know, I could also chance the channels of the pianos...but that would affect the hole band-setup really annoying...

No, linking channels 1+2, 3+4 etc. is a fixed setting, which all manufacturers of not too expensive boards use (X, M, TF, Qu...). There is only the possibilty to use different settings, e.g. on channel 1 and channel 2. The linked channels take the settings of the channel from which you link which means that you can use different sounds just by changing the linking.

As time goes by a band-setup or instruments CAN and WILL change, so just take the linking options as they are. If you are using DCA groups it anyway doesn't matter what is linked where and why or not... ;-)
