I would like to know how can I save the settings on individual channels in the Studio Live Series 3?

The manual describes the procedure, but it may help to know that individual channel settings can ONLY be saved in Mix Scenes (section 5.5.4). Individual sounds like "kick phantastico" are stored as Fat Channel Presets. You most likely would not name this preset "Channel 12".
