Is there anything connected to your mixer? If it boots like this without FireWire etc., a factory reset probably will not help any more. Are the problems the same as before the last repair? Contact support and tell them about the problems. They know the "history" of your board and if the same repair has to be done again, there must have been something wrong with the former repair. A problem should be solved, not delayed! Of course this is only valid with normal use of equipment. If there are special circumstances (heat, moist, dust etc.), any technical device soon or later will get defective.
