PreSonus, I recently tried to use your ticket support for a problem with my FP10, and you just didn't give me any information on what to do or how to solve it. I get it, it's discontinued. You're not going to release new drivers or anything. But at least give support. For as amazing of a company you are, and how amazing you are, the fact that you do not give support to discontinued products is ridiculous. I have ALWAYS loved your ticket support system, but now I am kinda mad at that. Please. I just want to know! I sped over $225 on a FirePod that was in perfect condition and now can't get any support on it. This is a bad move. I am actually very shocked that you guys would just flat out reject a request and say you were sorry. Just please for crying out loud add support for discontinued products.
