Question

Hi

I have a FireStudio Project that's been working fine but I've recently noticed that when I try to plug in a midi device I no longer have FireStudio Midi in and out ports (I can see other midi like Windows Midi mapper etc)

The Presonus Midi ports used to work.. (i.e. appear as a midi in and out port when setting up keyboards etc) I've tried removing drivers and reinstalling both the driver and Universal control

Anyone else had this issue??

Win7 64 bit...

Please go through this article to completely uninstall Universal Control: http://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/210045133-FireStudio-Family-How-do-I-Uninstall-Reinstall-my-FireStudio-drivers-in-Microsoft-Windows-

Then reinstall with the latest version of Universal Control: https://www.presonus.com/support/downloads/firestudio-project

If the problem persists, please submit a support ticket to technical support.
