Can I add third party synths to my Studio One Artist after purchasing VST and AU and Rewire Support?

If I buy VST and AU and Rewire Support, will I be able to add synths such as Sylenth1, Spire, etc. to my Studio One Artist? I'm just in doubt.

Yes, the "Studio One VST and AU and Rewire Support" add-on will allow you to use any VST2, VST3, AU, and REWIRE supported plugins within Studio One Artist.
