In my former daw I could set the grid to any note values I wanted, so 1/1 1/2 1/4 1/4T and so on. The actually lines of the grid would change according to this note value. This is super helpful for a visual representation of the notes I'm plugging in with complex drum parts.

In studio one I can see how to change the note values in midi but can't find a way to change the actual grid. So I'm trying to write a fill with 8th note triplets and the grid is still showing a line every 16th note, making it incredibly difficult to plug in notes because obviously 8th note triplets look way off on a grid set to show every 16th note. I'm hoping this is simple thing that I'm somehow just missing.

Hi Matthew,

The grid follows the quantize setting there, see the image below.   If for some reason you feel that those grid settings are not accurately displaying the values they intend to represent, maybe make a feature request showing how it could be better or how you may feel it is better represented in other sequencers.
