On the rare occasion that we see this issue, it is almost always on a Mac.  Assuming that you are on a Mac, you will want to delete the Notion app from your Applications folder and download/install the latest version from your my.presonus.com account.  Should the issue persists, you will want to log a support ticket from within your my.presonus.com account under the "Support" tab.
