Question

I have Studio 192 USB 3.0 

Everything was fine and worked well till i update the latest version of windows 10 

Now the studio 192 only recognised on usb 2.0 

I also update my universal control but nothings change! 

How can i fix the problem?

Unfortunately, USB is not created equal.  USB is different depending on computers, connections and even operating systems.

Ensure your computer is fully up to date with all current Windows Updates.

Go to the vendor website for your computer and search your model computer/motherboard.  Install available drivers for your mode computer/motherboard.  BIOS, USB, chipset, etc...

If you still have trouble, installing a PCIe USB 3.0 card is a viable alternative.  Using a PCIe USB 3.0 card is actually better than using onboard USB 3.0 most of the time.  Especially for audio devices.
