You will want to log into your my.presonus.com account and go to My Products>Software.  Download the latest version of Studio One 2 and install.  If you continue to have a problem, please follow the instructions below:

Being that you have created your account with Google, you may need to reset your my.presonus.com password.  Just go to my.presonus.com and use the password reset link.  You can then log into your my.presonus.com account and go to "Edit Profile."  Change your password to something that you would like to use and use that password to activate Studio One.  NOT your Google password.  Try using your email address rather than your user name when activating.

Should you be behind a proxy server, vpn connection, or hardware firewall, you may need to do an offline activation.  Here is a link to a knowledge base article that outlines that process.

Yo I'm having that same exact scenario right now! However I kept looking like why is my upgrade still the only icon in blue ! So I did research a little! ***If you are running Studio One version 3, and you have installed the Fall Creators Update for Windows 10, you will need to upgrade to version 3.5.6 or higher.

If you are running Studio One version 2, you will want to try creating a new user profile on your computer that is not tied to a Microsoft account or email address, log into that account, and test for the issue there.
