I downloaded the installer program for Studio One. Once I had the actual program downloaded, I opened it for the first time and the program runs, but on its startup installation, the program gets stuck on a windows installer "Preparing to install" screen. I've waited about a half hour and no change, I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, with the same results. Any ideas how to fix this?
Just to clarify: The program is getting to the "Starting Audio Engine" and then a windows installer screen pops up, it runs a few things but then gets stuck on "Preparing to install". I'm running it on a windows 10 laptop, which is well above any requirements for running the program
