FOH control using 32.4.2AI to RM32AI via AVB in stagebox/monitor mode. Side fills connected to AUX 15/16 of RM32AI. Post fader selected for AUX15/16. 32.4.2AI mains fader control mains of RM. Aux 15/16 linked fader controls side fills. Mute-all of console affects house mains, but not side fills. Using RM only, mute-all affects everything. In AVB mode from console, I must control the console and the RM individually via wireless iPAD. I would like to control everything from FOH console. Am I missing a configuration?

You need to set the Global Aux Mutes to "yes" in the system menu on the console. The main fader doesn't work because the send is before the main. It's post-fader for all the individual channel faders. The only way you could get it to be post-fader for the Main fader is to externally split your main output.
