Question

Picture says it all.  Started firmware update at 10:00pm last night, here we are at 8am and I still have this screen.  Help?

11am and still stuck on that screen.  Is it safe to restart the device?  Restart the computer?

8:30pm and still going.  Are any tech people watching this forum?  Do I need to just go call Sweetwater for tech support?  What the hell?

I can just see scottgriffin3's skeleton propped up in a chair with the same firmware window open. Poor guy, he was following the instructions, we'll miss him.
