We recently purchased a studio live 32.4.ai mixer. So like any device we would hire a qualified technician to do servicing, like cleaning the components and testing the mixer. But this was the first we were going to open our mixer. The technician opened the mixer infront of afew witnesses and I, we found out that afew of the components of the mixer had been marked. So i would like to ask if this is normal for every other mixer manufactured by the company. Please if you can help me understand and if someone can explain as to why there are marked components in the mixer. Thanks

Thanks for responding, my question was answered by one of the tech support. He said "its normal as it is  part of the quality assurance done in the making of the unit"

Showed him a picture of this circuit board

Hello, thanks for your interest in the StudioLive 32.4.2AI!

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "marked"? Attaching an image might help give us a better understanding of what you're referring to.
