[Completed in 3.5] Additionally I would like to suggest visual feedback of bypassed plugins in the console.

This can be as simple as (orange is bypassed):

This is actually something I was thinking about recently. I use the "off" state like I should bypass most often because this feature is not in the console. Maybe it would make the most sense to have normal click, no modifiers, bypass the plugin, but CTRL+Click or CMD+Click turn the plugin on or off.

You can bypass a plug-in from the console without opening the editor - by context menu. Would that be considered "Completed"?

Lmao 2015. Still not implemented? Bypassing a plug-in is necessary for mixing.

Selecting multiple effects and bypassing them too.

When it disable them, there is a click sound if the latency is high.
