Add Commands to set focus area within S1.

It has been known since the beginning of the macro days (2.0) that macros will not execute if the focus for that commands is not first established.

Suggested adding a command with arguments for  i.e (primary arrangement window, tempo track, arranger lane, Scratch pads,, browser etc)

Seems like it would be long hanging fruit that would make macros more reliable.
