My AudioBox USB 96 and my Rode NT1A fall out sometimes what can i do?

Hey,I have the AudiBox USB96 and a Rode NT1A and sometimes it just dont work.Then I have to restart my PC and sometimes it still doesent work but sometimes it does.What can I do now?
