It's frustrating enough, I just got this thing from Guitar Center and I take it home, plug it in, and it just does as the title states. Please help me

On the Presonus Audio Interface IOne, it just flashes then stays solid, then starts flashing again and that's it?

Did you install the drivers? They are found in your presonus account under the specific product.
