Any other suggestions?

I am using USB 3.0 since that is all my laptop has available. I thought it cleared itself of the problem since today it was running for roughly 20 minutes, but the problem came back. only work around i've found so far is to restart my PC.... obviously that's not a real solution. any other suggestions?

I've had the same problem with FaderPort One, also with a Zoom R16 and a Korg Kronos. I got around it by plugging in an old USB 2.0 hub into the USB 3.0 port and this somehow managed to convince the PC that it's a USB 2.0 port. M
