Multichannel mixing and output capabilities?

Can Studio One perform or interface with another program that handles multichannel mixing & output?  I have a Tascam I/O which handles 16-in/8-out.

I have a Lynx Aurora which has 16 outputs and I've assigned the outputs for tracks/buses to those hardware outputs.
