Faderport 8 3.10 and Ableton Live 10.1 - when you try to change banks it jumps two banks as it was a Faderport 16

for this situation you should reach out to Tech Support.

Try and reset the FP8 in Ableton. You should only have one instance as the primary Mackie Controller.

once you set the unit up again as per the User Manual, Restart the Faderport. you should be working right after this
