Can't Create Support Ticket

Bugs all over the place, from the DAW, to the website, can't even create a support ticket, and tried to go to a different link to create ticket, can't do it.

Audio is clipping, configured to maximum dropout protection, still nothing. Removed all apps that could potentially mess it up. This is not the first time, had to remove Adobe products too.

Now there is nothing that could possibly mess it up. Looked on Activity Monitor, and that resource usage checker that's built in SO-4, and it's only hitting 30% of my CPU, so it SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT be causing audio drop out. On top of that I disabled all my MIDI tracks and only have audio tracks going with light plug ins.

One last ditch effort to uninstall and reinstall SO-4 right now, and if this doesn't work, I'm returning to Logic or Ableton or Bitwig. This game is really tiring with PreSonus, I feel stupid listening to Katfyr recommending this to me.

Look at that, I follow that dude's answer link and still can't create a support ticket, no support whatsoever from this company. How unreliable. Why bother giving money to you guys ever again? If this doesn't get resolved, I'll make sure everyone I come across to tell them to never use SO by Presonus. What a headache and time drain.
