Plug in install button function in universal control

I came across a plug in tab in the universal control for studio live series iii mixer. When I click the install button it says no plugin available in presonous account . What exactly is this tab for ? can I install third party plugins ?

No third party plugins, only the "modeled" Fat Channel compressors and equalizers from PreSonus.
