Does this unit have comparable sound quality as other mixers/interfaces from personus?

There is no difference in sound quality between the Series III mixers. They are using the same preamps and bits and bytes... ;-) Compared to the sound processing of classic mixers I would say there is a huge difference, even though old recordings (I started with a SL 16.4.2) sound really good on the new mixers. They just need less processing (EQ etc.) nowadays...
