Regarding the four (4) dedicated subgroups on the StudioLive 32SX:

I'm using subgroup A as a duplication of our main church mix for a video feed.  The mix is coming out on one side of the recording only?  If I plug headphones directly in to the subgroup A output, it's the same issue (mix in one side of headphones).  Our main mix is mono (utilizing the mono mix output).  I thought that the subgroup outputs were summed mono, so I should get both sides in a recording, headphones, etc.?

By default fixed subgroups are "centered", but they have the pan option, which is active also in mono "mode". You can change pan in UC Surface or in the touchscreen menue.
