Question

my CPU is maxing out when its just sitting there, i don't even have to be playing anything, my PC can definitely handle it, this started about 3 days ago and is very frustrating, I have my buffer sizes all the way up. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. (Version 4.5)

Have you shut down the PC and leave it off for 60 secs?
