Hi,

I need support from Presonus but I can´t create a support ticket. As soon as I click "save" after filling out the ticket with my matters it loads a while and then leads back to the ticket, where I can click "save" again, but nothing happens. No ticket is beeing created, and that´s for over a week now. Any hints? Thanks!

I have the same issue!

I cannot record anything. I cannot create a ticket (not in chrome, firefox or IE). I cannot call phone support since I am a lowly owner of 'Studio one 4 Artist'.
