I'm considering using Expert Sleepers' Silent Way or Ableton's CV Tools to control my external hardware (Sequential Pro One and SH-101)

It appears my interface needs to have DC-coupled outputs as per these articles:

In the 16.0.2 tech specs it's not clear what the outputs are. It just says balanced TRS or XLR

No, the AR range of mixers do not have this feature.
